At the W.E. Dunn Facility, the project includes the removal of the existing transformers at the east Motor Control Center (MCC), west MCC, and Maintenance building; removal and replacement of the existing east and west MCCs; removal of the existing east and west generator sets; installation of two new transformers; installation of two new generators, new electrical building and installation of new conduit and wiring as required.
