Eastpointe Shopping Center Phase 2 Clarksburg, WV

The project is located at the Eastpointe Shopping Center and consists of Tenant Improvements/Relocation for Little Ceasers, Rent-a-center, and Great Clips. Demolition/Relocation of RTU's included per Roof Permit 90% CD's. Great Clips interior finishes will be handled directly by Great Clips.

Scopes of work include interior tenant space demolition, new partitions, doors/frames, light fixtures, painting, drywall & acoustics, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
