Project Type: Remodel – 3,215 SF

Work to be included but not limited to:  Selective demolition, of existing exterior parapets, existing cooler/freezer, and signage. Concrete cutting at new plumbing piping and concrete pour back at new plumbing pipe trenched areas.  Provide metal framing at new partition walls.  Provide new drywall, FRP, and sheathing on newly framed walls.  Drywall contractors touch up all existing walls to make them smooth and ready for paint and or tile. Repair of existing EFIS. Provide exterior fiber cement siding. Provide exterior metal band. Supply and install new HVAC devices as scheduled.  Existing RTUs to remain.  HVAC contractor to supply and install new duct work and service the existing units.  Supply and install new acoustical ceiling tile and grid as scheduled.  Paint all spaces as scheduled. New plumbing fixtures and piping.  New electrical fixtures. Electrical contractors to supply all conduits, boxes, fasteners, labor, and equipment items needed to produce a complete and functional electrical system.
