We are the Construction Manager for the Parking Lot Addition at LaVilla School of the Arts #267. The Scope of work is site demolition, dirt work, tree removal, underground utilities, erosion control, asphalt paving, concrete work (sidewalk/Curb/Gutter), striping & ADA signage, temporary fencing, sod install (bahia), and electrical.
