Columbia County Justice Center Evans, GA

The project consists of an existing three story, 70,000 square feet courthouse building. The existing floors (A-3 Assembly) will be renovated (14,000 square feet), and will have three story additions on each end of the building (12,500 square feet each) for a total of 25,000 square feet. Type IIIB construction, sprinklered. The exterior consists of Brick Veneer, Concrete Masonry and FRP cornices, Cast Stone Trim/Headers and Precast Concrete Trim.
