Description:

This project consists of the Renovation and Expansion of an existing 68,000 sf Kroger Grocery Store. 

The final building area with the Mezzanine will be around 96,198 sf. 

Project will include the Demolition of 12,100 sf of a Retail Shop & Restuarant Building, to Expand about 27,850 sf of building area for Kroger. 

Project will include Sitework Demolition and Renovation to prepare for a new Fuel Center with parking and a dumpster enclosure, as well some work in the rear parking area.

Project includes Major Interior Demolition and Renovations as well as the Expansion.
