Demolition of existing Publix and construction of a new Publix 45.12 and liquor box. All sitework is included in bid package. 

Switchgear has been ordered by and paid for by Publix from World Electric Supply, Inc. in Atlanta. Its projected shipment date is 5/15/25. See BOM for switchgear in the drawings package.
