H&A has been requested to provide a complete proposal to construct a NEW Oil Change Facility based on the documents provided. We are pleased to invite you to provide us a proposal for the above-mentioned project. We are requesting proposals be returned no later than 08/06/2024 – Noon EST.
The project scope is: Complete site work improvements with utilities (0.996ac total and 1.186ac disturbed) to include site concrete, asphalt parking lot paving, striping, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents. New wood framed, structural steel, TPO roof, and wood truss supported building with included finished sales space. Exteriors finishes includes brick with cornice details. Interiors include stained concrete, paint, sealed concrete, wall framing, drywall, ceilings, and full MEP’s.

Backfill and compaction of pit walls.
Client provided VE’s to be separately priced:
Interior diamond plate wall finishes to be deleted and FRP used.
Hardware to be commercial grade lever sets, Schlage keyways.
Any additional VE’s will be accepted and listed separately.
Anticipated date of commencement is August 2024 with completion 20-24 weeks (TBD). Project address is 129 Middle Ridge Avenue, Conway, SC 29526.
