The Piggly Wiggly Project will be divided into Phases I & II. The currently Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store will remain open until the new grocery is ready to open. Work to be completed in the existing Pig parking lot and building pad cannot be completed until the new Pig is complete. There are, however, a few exceptions like Site Utilities which must be complete in order to open the new store. Please include the appropriate mobilizations in order to complete your scope. I've uploaded preliminary plan showing the Phase I & II boundary lines and the take offs for asphalt, concrete, and demo. The final Phase I & II will be laid out in the field.
