This project is the expansion of a parking lot at the existing Bible Baptist Church in Simpsonville, SC. The scopes include but are not limited to demolition, site grading, storm drainage, storm water pond, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, site lighting, pavement marking, site concrete work, fencing, electrical, landscaping, and irrigation. The total developed site area is approximately 10 acres.
