Lee County High School Dugout Leesburg, GA

The scope of the work for this project include the demolition of the existing baseball dugout and the construction of a new dugout, dressing, toilets, office and meeting room building 'shell'. The scope of the work includes site work (grading, utilities and concrete work), concrete building foundations, wood frame exterior and interior load bearing walls, wood roof trusses, metal roofing and siding and cementitious panel siding. The building interior build-out will not be included in the scope of this work.
