Project Description:

The project is located in Atlanta, Georgia and consists 151 units within (6) residential buildings, sitting on approximately 3.9 acres. The project includes (2) mid-rise apartment buildings on elevated podiums, (1) garden style apartment building and (3) townhome buildings. Scopes of work required will include Divisions 1-16. The Build America Buy America Act is a requirement on this project and the regulations should be included in your proposal.

This project requires Davis Bacon Wages and Certified Payroll. The wage rates can be located in Folder 400 PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS and at SAM.gov.
