Project consists of a new Publix 48 prototype, Publix Liquors, and 6,000 SF of attached Retails. Offsite work includes road widening on Minute Maid Ramp Road 2, decel lane on HWY 27 into the shopping center, and turns lanes with traffic signal modifications at the main intersection on Hwy 27. Mahalak Property - Plans are included in this bid for the Car dealership property across the street that will include modifications to their parking lot and constructing a new driveway into their property.

Due to issues with signalization plans, the Owner has decided to carry an allowance for this scope. Please do not include in your pricing.
