Still Fire Brewery Smyrna, GA

J. K. Lockwood respectfully requests pricing from your firm for the construction of Still Fire Brewing, a 2-story, 26,455 sq ft brewery and taproom building.  

The scope of work for this project consists of both the building and site work.

Site work includes erosion control, grading, storm, fire/domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, off-site storm/detention, modular retaining walls, asphalt paving, and landscaping. 

The building (26,455 sqft) will be a structural steel building with metal stud exterior walls. The structure of the building will be composed of pre-engineered metal building, structural steel, masonry, metal stud framing, and concrete. The interior will be a complete interior buildout with all finishes shown.
