Express Oil Change Elizabeth City, NC

This is a new construction, ground up build on a 1.13 ac site. This site will consist of 3 oil change bays, 6 service bays building 5,440 sf and a dumpster enclosure. The buildings will be CMU built with wood trusses and metal roof system.

Bid Qualifications:

1. The sanitary sewer from A-10 to A-30 has already been installed, sanitary scope should tie into cleanout A-30

2. Existing undocumented fill is approximately 2’ across site and should be cut and recompacted in lifts per the geotechnical report

3. Organics were found at boring P-01 and should be removed and replaced with structural fill

4. The parking area adjacent to the pit has already been installed as part of the Chipotle development, contractor to demo as needed within the property boundary for installation of the pit foundation wall. Include shoring/vehicle barrier as needed in proposal.

5. Water table is at 6’, base bid to include dewatering as required for installation of the pit, this will likely include a complete wellpoint system

6. Contractor to provide unit costs for cut/haul and import fill

The SCHEDULE IS OF CRITICAL IMPORTANCE TO THE OWNER. I need to have a schedule of LEAD TIMES and INSTALL TIMES for your trade items.
