Ground-up construction of a Spark Car Wash in Wayne, NJ. This project is OPEN SHOP and has been awarded to Parkway Construction. Parkway is bidding the building portion ONLY. Another contractor will be completing the civil/sitework Trades include, but are not limited to: concrete, structural steel, metal decking, cold-formed metal framing, stainless steel, wall blocking/sheathing, casework, insulation, membrane roofing, sealants, doors & frames, storefront, gyp board, tile, FRP, paint, resilient base, restroom accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm. Signage and car wash equipment to be furnished by owner.
