Please see below with detailed scope of work on a new tenant build-out for Quest Diagnostics on Church St in Marrietta, GA.
Equipment:
. Dumpster rentals for the duration of the project.
Demolition:
. Safe off existing light fixtures and plumbing fixtures.
. Demolition of existing ceiling system, and ceiling fixtures.
. Demolition of existing hard ceiling.
. Demolition of existing soffit.
. Demolition of existing interior walls.
. Demolition of existing HVAC ductwork, controls, existing AHU, exhaust fans, and condensing unit.
. Demolition of existing flooring throughout the BLDG.
. Saw cut and removal for new sanitary, grease lines, and grease interceptor per plumbing schedule.
. X-ray slab as needed for saw cut of the existing slab.
. Demolition of existing prefab cubicles.
. Provide a dumpster as required for demolition.
Concrete:
. Pour back, welded wire mesh, dowels, and new vapor barrier of new trenched areas affected by new sanitary and grease lines per plumbing schedule.
. Floor prep, grinding, leveling, & filler as required per plans.
Woods and plastics:
. Include all necessary wood blocking.
. All necessary millwork, countertops, and shelving as needed per plans.
Thermal Moisture:
. New batt insulation for new interior walls.
. MISC Caulking.
. Repairs and flashing to the existing roof for new RTU's, DOAS system, & exhaust fans as required per plans.
Openings:
. New wood doors, hollow metal doors, hollow metal frames, and hardware.
Finishes:
. New interior metal stud framed walls.
. New drywall (Gypsum Board) for walls and ceiling in required areas.
. New cement board in wet areas as required.
. New ceiling tile and grid as needed per plans.
. New FRP Marlite as required per plans.
. New LVT tile as required per plans.
. New rubber base as required per plans.
. Painting of interior as required per plans.
Specialties:
. New restroom accessories as required per plans.
Fire Suppression:
. Modify and add a new fire alarm system as required per the new layout.
Plumbing:
. New sanitary piping and grease lines as required.
. New floor drains, floor sinks, and cleanouts as required per plans.
. New vent piping and penetrations as required.
. New supply water lines as required.
. New water supply as required.
. New sinks, water heater, circulator pump, and water closets as required per plans.
HVAC:
. New ductwork, diffusers, returns, exhaust fans, and supply registers as required.
. New Greenheck exhaust fans as required per plans.
Electrical:
. New electrical wiring of new light fixtures, receptacles, junction boxes, switches, sensors, and mechanical units.
. New 200-amp panels as required per plans.
. New electrical receptacles, junction boxes, switches, etc as required per plans.
. New time clock as required per plans.
. New electrical lighting fixtures as required per plans.
Fire Alarm:
. Fire alarm as needed per plans.
