We are a general contractor bidding on a 92,333sf terminal building for

R+L Carriers near Birmingham, AL. The site consists of demo and

grading, construction of a retention pond, erosion and sediment

control, concrete paving, curbs, striping, fence & landscaping. There

are (3) buildings on the site. The terminal building is steel framed with

standing seam sheet metal walls, roof, EIFS, glass storefront,

overhead coiling, and man doors. The maintenance building &

truck wash is a pre-engineered metal building with CMU walls and

standing seam sheet metal exterior & roof. All MEPs and fire
