Damian's Ice Cream Distribution Center & Maintenance Building Milton, FL

This project involves the ground up construction of maintenance, office and cold storage buildings on a 6 AC lot. The buildings are comprised of structural steel, a pre-engineered metal building, insulated metal panel roofing, brick veneer, CMU, storefront windows, ACT, LVT, tile, gypsum board, and more. The scope also includes asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs, landscaping, demolition of curb and asphalt, and more.
