Work includes but is not limited to the following:
Pickle ball court flooring and nets, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire sprinkler modifications, fire alarm system, metal stud framing, wood blocking, insulation, gyp board hanging and finishing, gyp board ceiling, acoustical ceiling, installation of owner furnished baffle ceilings over courts, flooring (tile, LVT, sealed concrete), installation of owner furnished millwork, hollow metal doors/frames/hardware, shower room accessories, and painting.  Roof work is limited to patching and repairs associated with new work.  All roof work must be performed by landlord's roofer.  All bidders must follow bid document specifications
