Union City/County Vehicle Shop Union, SC

The bid scope will include sitework, utilities, asphalt paving, curb/gutter, concrete pavements/sidewalks, new 20,000 SF PEMB with masonry, storefront glass, and motorized R/U doors.  Project to be awarded in June 2025. Construction commencement July 2025 and Project Substantial Completion by March 2026. Bids are to be submitted via email to my attention on or before Noon June 10th.  All Bid RFI’s are to be submitted via email to my attention by May 29th.
