DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  This project involes the interior modification of the existing interiors located at 404 N. Chimney Rock Road, Greensboro, NC  27410.  The scheduled interior renovation/upfit consists of, but is not limited to, select demolition of interior walls, ceilings, and floors, existing restrooms and office, existing entrances and openings, installation of new interior walls, ceilings, flooring finishes, lighting systems, HVAC Systems, plumbing, electrical and renovated entrances.
