expansion of the existing offices of the BAA. Work includes selective demolition of gypsum
board and metal stud walls, acoustic tile and gypsum board ceilings, finishes, storefront,
hollow metal frames, wood doors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, data, security, and sprinklers.
