NCSU Burlington Labs Raleigh, NC

This project consists of a renovation of the basement level of the existing four-story Burlington Lab Building (built 1953, with a 1973 addition), on North Campus @ NC State University, Raleigh, NC. This project renovates 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space into wet-research labs to accommodate three new research faculty. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and exhaust modifications.
