Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Creve Coeur, Missouri

This project involves the conversion of an existing building that was previously a restaurant into a 5720 SF Firebirds Wood Fired Grill restaurant at 10590 Old Olive Street Road in Creve Coeur, Missouri. This project to include expansion to the south with a bar and a new 768 SF covered patio and expansion to the north with an exterior walk - in freezer/cooler and service yard.

            This project has extensive demolition and renovation. See demolition plan page AD1.01.

The exterior of the building includes adding new finishes and refinishing of existing. This includes construction of a new service yard, and dumpster enclosure. New exterior finishes include brick /thin brick veneer, fascia/coping, EIFS,replacing existing storefront, replacing existing RTU’s and PVC membrane roofing on rigid insulation.

The interior of the building is a complete renovation. This includes drywall for walls-plywood on interior walls, where called out and ceiling, FRP, toilet fixtures & accessories, tile, acoustical ceiling, painting, wall coverings and bar shelfs, quartz and granite counter tops, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler & fire alarm, electrical, and more.
