The project scope is:  Complete site work improvements with utilities work, 4.14 ac (3.2 ac disturbed) to include asphalt paving, striping, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents.  New SIPs framed supported building (4816 sq. ft.) with included finished sales space. Exterior finish includes Nichiha and EIFS.  Interiors include paint, Tile flooring, sealed concrete, framing, drywall, ceilings, and full MEP’s.
