Walmart Fuel Center #1182-543 Palm Coast, FL (Rebid)

This project involves the construction of a new fuel station at the Walmart Supercenter in Palm Coast, FL.  (FMGI is re-bidding this project competitively)

Per Walmart, pricing must be submitted on the provided Subcontractor Bid Form with labor and material cost breakouts for each scope of work.

Additional Bid Instructions:
  - Carpentry: Include pricing to supply and install GLULAM beams.
  - Roofing: Must be certified in and use duralast roofing.
  - HVAC: Include pricing to provide and install the exhaust fan curb that is noted to be supplied by WM.
  - Electrical: Include pricing to bore under the front drive lane for the fiber optic conduit connection to the main store so as not to disrupt traffic.
  - Fuel Tank Installer: Include pricing to supply 2 items shown as owner-provided in the drawings.  We will need you to include pricing to supply and install the liquid vacuum gauge and the pressure/vacuum vent and adapter. Please be sure you include these items in your proposal.
