Crunch Fitness Stone Mountain, GA

This project calls for the Tenant Build-Out of an existing 36,726.00 SF center. This will require demolition of the interior finishes of the existing suite to change the use. There will be a new mezzanine added as well as underground plumbing and significant electrical. The Owner provides their own flooring and painting contractor. All new HVAC units and curbs will be supplied by Crunch. HVAC contractor will be required to install with all related work needed to complete the project.
