ADDENDUM 2
1. Please see attached updated civil plans. The hatched areas on page C4 represent new asphalt and pavement. The grade is being changed in those areas so it will need to be repaved. We updated the tree chart to match the plan. We updated the erosion control plan from ds-3 (seeding) to ds4 sod.
2. The irrigation system is to be design/build.
3. Construction testing and special inspections to be provided by the general contractor.
4. Black finish color storefront and canopies have been approved by Chipotle. Metal wall panels are the Chipotle standard charcoal. The finish colors have been approved and will not match. Awning Above is the required vendor for all awnings.
5. The 6" DIP fire line shown on the civil plans will transition to a 4" line shown on the building plans.
6. The building is required to be fully sprinklered.
