This project consists of 306 units for rent apartments in three 4 story wood framed buildings and five 2 story carriage house buildings. The project also consists of a single story, wood framed clubhouse. Indoor amenities consist of a full-service clubhouse with gym, media room and clubroom.

Project will not start until February 2023 and pricing shall reflect starting in February 2023.

9. Once contract is issued will pricing be locked in.

10. This is a HUD project.
