North Carolina A&T Relocate Hines 200 and 202 to Cherry 118 Greensboro NC

The Relocate Hines 200 and 202 to Cherry 118 project will be constructed on NC A&T's main campus in Greensboro, NC. The project will be a renovation of existing rooms in Hines Hall and Cherry Hall. The project includes modifying air distribution to accommodate increased heat load generated by the relocated lab equipment. In addition, an exhaust fan will be added to serve a fume hood and provide the space with general exhaust. Various lab equipment also requires sanitary and cold-water connections as well as chilled water connections for equipment cooling purposes. A new exhaust shaft will be constructed to route the new exhaust ductwork up through the second and third floors, to the roof. The new exhaust fan will be installed on the roof, along with some roof mounted ductwork. Selective electrical demolition will also take place. New lights and receptacles will be provided in the Cherry 118.
