Southern Pines Storage Office Warner Robins GA

This project consists of the construction of a new 1,620 SF two-story office building. The building spaces will include reception desk, lobby, open office areas, two restrooms, and storage closets. The building construction will consist of but not limited to wood framing with concrete slab on grade at first floor. Exterior finishes and materials will include brick, EIFS, aluminum storefront windows, fiber cement trim and siding, white TPO roofing membrane, interior walls and ceilings to be painted gypsum board, and floor finishes to be tile on lower floor and wood on upper floor. Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will be required.
