Public Storage Conroe TX

This is a new 3-story ground up 128,739 SF Public Storage facility that we anticipate will start in January of 2023 and will need approximately 10 to 12 months to finish. We will need the following trades to complete this project. We will need concrete, cmu masonry, structural steel, millwork, miscellaneous wood blocking, waterproofing, EIFS, roofing, caulking/joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, storefront, drywall, metal stud framing/structural stud framing, drop ceiling, sealed flooring, painting, toilet accessories, elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing, hvac, electrical, fire alarm, EERC, earthwork, traffic control, asphalt, concrete paving, concrete curbing, striping, landscaping, irrigation, fencing and site utilities, retention pond.
