Revised building plans will be forthcoming on the DG Dallas. This building will be a side profile C prototype instead of the corner entry E previously sent out.
Site scope WILL include the entire site package. DG and the C store , plus all DOT work. Please include all curb and gutter and asphalt paving. Please include an additional mobilization to complete C store asphalt after DG is turned over.

One last item, even though not noted on the plans, please include in your pricing a 4’ black, vinyl coated chain link fence w/top rail atop the 2 modular walls shown in the plans. Thanks.
