Scope – LED Lighting Replacement:
Contractor shall purchase, supply, and install light emitting diode (LED) lighting fixtures. Lighting control system must be Lutron Lighting Control System.

Scope – Fire Alarm System Replacement: A completely new fire alarm system scope of work includes, but is not limited to, fire alarm devices, wiring,
conduit, control panels, connections, interfaces to building management, card access, and smoke systems, as a part of this project. New system shall
completely maintain the existing sequences of operation and interconnections to all systems to match existing system operations.
