Interior buildout of a restaurant in an existing suite in an existing retail development. Extent of work to include demolition of the interior of the existing suite, new walls, doors, interior finishes, millwork, and the modification of a commercial kitchen and existing restrooms. Modifications to MEP systems as required. No change in Occupancy. Drawings will be submitted for permit on 4/17 and the anticipated start date is late May/early June 2023. Answers to questions will be sent out no later than Friday, April 28th.
