Lodge Cast Iron Museum-Restaurant South Pittsburg TN

An approximately 23,500 SF Lodge Cast Iron Museum and Restaurant to be built within an existing building including selective demolition, fencing, rebar, concrete, masonry, steel, steel erection, roofing, canopies, doors/hardware, overhead doors, storefront, drywall, ceilings, EIFS, painting, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical work.

There will be an site visit next Wednesday the 25th from 10 am to 3 pm central time. Please make arrangements to visit the site at your availability.

Access will be at the back roll up door and open to allow entry. If parking in the back, please park as close to the building as possible so we don’t impede our truck traffic in and out of the foundry area.
