Project Description: This project consists remodeling of 30,106 sf existing building (former Appliance Smart retail store).

For shell/site modifications and a complete interior tenant fit-out at Main & 270 Center, Columbus, OH. Work involves removal of existing façade finishes (metal panel & faux glazing) to provide a new false façade peaked element per NTE prototype. Project also involves removal of an existing landscape bed and portion of sidewalk for construction of new trailer display pad. Portions of existing side & rear walls are to be removed for new overhead doors and associated concrete pads. Interior scope of work included complete interior tenant fit of per NTE prototype.
