SCOPE OF WORK

Division 2-Site:  Earthwork & Grading, Clear & Grub, Erosion Control, Concrete Paving, Asphalt Paving,

Pavement Markings, Dumpster Gates, Landscape, Storm Drain, Sanitary Sewer, Domestic Water, Pest Control,

Concrete Walks & Drives, Final Clean.

Division 3-Concrete: Building Concrete Subcontractor, Concrete Supplier.

Division 7-Thermal & Moisture Protection:  Waterproofing, Insulation, Caulking.

Division 9-Finishes:  Metal Stud/Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling, Painting.

Division 15- Mechanical: Plumbing, HVAC.

Division 16-Electrical: Electrical.

1. Building will be a shell, with a roof.

2. All rough MEPs installed in walls.

2. Plumbing under the building to be done, as well as all first floor hook-ups and services within 5’ of the building.

3. All plumber fixtures owner supplied.

4. RPZ’s owner supplied.

5. All electrical fixtures/trims owner supplied.

6. HVAC owner supplied.

5. Labor for canopy trims

6. Insulation of walls and joist space to be closed cell

7. Installation of rails

8. All GC install notes on GC1.0

9. Wall board and FRP

All rough and final inspections.
