Gastonia Center City Apartments Gastonia NC

The Center City Apartments project is new construction with approximately 120,000 SF of multi-unit residential construction. There will be six (6) total floors and a roof terrace. Level 2 slab will be a concrete podium and additional floors will be Type III wood framing. The site will require shoring, basement excavation and installation of new utilities.
The drawings are now HUD approved and do include a wage rate that will need to be incorporated. Anticipated start to construction is March 2022.
