Petro 319 Gated Parking Project - McCalla (Bucksville), AL

H&A has been requested to provide a New Gated Parking Project at an existing location based on the documents provided.  We are pleased to invite you to provide us a proposal for the above-mentioned project.  We are requesting proposals be returned no later than 05/02/24 – Noon EST.

The project scope is:  Provide improvements to an existing parking area and place new entrance/exit gates.  All work is site related with exception of electrical tie-in to existing panels per plans.

SPECIAL BID NOTE: 

1. Proposal shall remain valid and firm for a period of 60 days after bid due date.

2. NOTE – This is an active site which will remain OPEN during construction.  All disruptions to existing truck traffic will need to be kept to a minimum.

3. NOTE – Final connections of equipment will be provided and installed by owner.  Conduits & Wiring per schedule will need be included as shown.

4. NOTE – Temporary barricades will be provided by H&A at immediate construction area.

   1. Storage and security will be the subcontractors responsible for materials left over-night.

5. Phase 1 – Grade/Demo/Pour Entry lane #2

6. Phase 2 – Demo/Pour Entry lane #1

7. Phase 3 – Demo/Pour Exit lane #1

8. Phase 4 – Demo/Pour Exit lane #2

9. Phase 5 – Demo/Patch trench to Fuel & C-store.  Equipment install / Final connections.

The anticipated date of commencement is May 2024 with completion within 6-wks.  Project address is 22526 AL-216, McCalla, AL 35111.
