1,390 SF Alterations to the existing facility toilet rooms, kitchen and large meeting room at the  Children & Families First Building, located @ 1200 Arlington Street, Greensboro, NC.  27406

Project entails the removal of walls, doors, toilet fixtures, toilet partitions, wall finishes, floor finishes, etc and replacing with new of the same with the size of the current Women's Toilet expanded.    No new floor area will be added to the existing building

The work associated with this project will be subject to Davis-Bacon Wages.
