The sitework includes demo, concrete, utilities, and striping. The existing building has interior demo, freezers and cooler concrete, structural steel, flooring, walls, and ceiling. Elevations include new sliding glass doors and painting of the exterior facade. All MEPs, refrigeration, and fire protection trades are involved.
