The project consists of new construction of a (5) story multi-family residential building with 88 residential units totalling approximately 94,856 sf. Structure to consist of slab on grade with podium level and 4 levels of wood framed construction above. Scope includes but is not limited to demo and abatement of an existing buildings and foundations, site demo, excavation and shoring as required, site utilities, grading, EC, stormwater piping and stormwater infiltration system, new asphalt paving, new concrete paving, site hardscapes and landscapes, site retaining walls, site fencing-ornamental , spread, foundation walls, slab on grade, post-tensioned concrete podium, CMU masonry, brick masonry, structural steel and misc steel, cold formed framing where shown, wood framing/sheathing/trusses, interior millwork and trim at units, public space millwork, waterproofing, insulation, TPO roofing, fiber cement siding, insulation, doors and frames, storefront, vinyl windows, unit and public floor and wall finishes, resilient flooring (IDplans), carpets 9ID), drywall/HC, ceilings, interior and exterior painting, aluminum sunshades, pre finished canopies, misc specialties, toilet partitions and bath accessories, electronic package system, postal specialties, closet shelving, residential appliances, playground equipment, unit cabinets/countertops, furnishings, window treatments(See ID plans), elevators, trash chute, plumbing, radon systems, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, FA, with Low Voltage/Security as required per LV plans.

Project is scheduled to start in early July, 2022.
