The project scope is:  Complete site work improvements (2.7 ac) to include site grading, utilities, curb, asphalt & concrete paving, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans. Geotechnical report, and specifications within documents.  New masonry bearing building with wood trusses (5,419 sq. ft.). Exteriors include exposed split faced masonry & mansard roofing system.  Interiors include paint, framing, and mechanicals.  Equipment documents by Sonny’s are included for review and coordination (responsibility matrix located within these plans).
