The scope of work consists of a full tenant buildout of a new restaurant and bar with Alcohol in an existing one story, fully sprinklered building. The work includes a new commercial kitchen, new connections to existing utilities, new lighting, toilet rooms, finishes, furnishings, fixtures and the addition of planters and furniture to a renovated patio area. This work includes Architectural, Structural, Food Service, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler and Low Voltage systems.
