Chuck E Cheese Spokane, WA Major Remodel

The Chuck E Cheese remodel in Spokane, WA is back out to bid. The job previously bid in December 2022, but was delayed by the owner. Updated and new bids are due March 24, 2023. All interior work will be done at night after the store closes with daily cleanup. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to start May 15, 2023. Interior and exterior finishes are being updated. New carpet and tie. Full restroom remodels. New furniture and décor. New LED dance floor and video wall. Interior & exterior painting complete. Solid surface is being added at the service counters and new wall tile is going at the menu boards. See trade scope letters for more info. Photos are also posted showing existing conditions.
