Chuck E Cheese Hempstead, NY Major Remodel

This project is an open remodel of the Chuck E Cheese restaurant in Hempstead, NY. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to start May 15, 2023, pending permit. All interior work is done at night after the store closes with daily cleanup. Interior finishes are being updated, full restroom remodels, new floor outlet system, lighting changes, new video wall and LED dance floor. Trades include: Concrete Cutting, Concrete Patching, Carpentry (we bundle light demo, drywall, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and finished carpentry under one contract) EIFS, Storefront, Ceramic Tile, Carpet Tiles, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Drywall Finishing, Wall Texture Patching, Toilet Partitions, Restroom Accessories, Plumbing & Electrical.
