Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Overland Park, KS

This is a ground-up project with full site work and a 94,000 SF indoor karting and entertainment center which includes two mezzanines. Please be sure to review the RFP document in the project folder and the responsibility matrix on drawing sheet A0.10. Andretti is open to VE options but please provide your base bid per plans with any VE options as separate line items. Construction start planned for June 2023, with a completion date in May 2024.
