This is a ground up project with a basement garage, retail space on the first and second floor and apartments on the 3rd through 7th floors with a total of 96, 020 square feet located in the downtown Long Beach, CA area. We will need the following trades to build this project. Demolition, concrete, cmu, rough carpentry/wood framing, metal stairs, roof screens, guard rails, ACM panels, parapet cap, tpo roofing, insulation, waterproofing, caulking/sealants, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, coiling doors, storefront, drywall, eifs/stucco, flooring, painting, toilet accessories/partitions, canopies, elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing, hvac, electrical fire alarm, earthwork, erosion control, shoring , striping, landscaping, site utilities.
